I know this church is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and that it was restored through the prophet, Joseph Smith.  I know that we are here on this earth today and this exact time for a purpose and that our Heavenly Father has a plan for each of us in the gospel of Jesus Christ.  I know that our Savior loves each of us endlessly and that it is only through Him and because of Him that we can find relief and joy in this life and also in the eternities.  I know that we are each daughters of a loving Heavenly Father who has entrusted us with influencing and guiding those around us. I also know that if we will pray for opportunities to serve Him by serving them we will feel the love that our Savior has for them and for us.  I am grateful for my Savior and his atoning sacrifice and for the chance He gives us to be perfected in Him-for it is only through Him that we can truly be saved.

Sister Ricki Chambers

I am so humbled to be called to serve in the Stake Relief Society.  I have a deep testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  As a young girl I never doubted that we have a Father in Heaven who knows us and loves us.  As I have gone through many challenges and trials in my life I am even more certain that we are not left alone as we pray daily to Him and call upon His help. The way I “Hear Him” is through words of spiritual music and through the first thoughts and feelings that come as I kneel to pray.  I know the Savior is with us as we let Him work with us and in us.  I know that the only way to survive spiritually in this uncertain world is to keep our covenants, remember the tremendous blessings we are promised to those who remain faithful in any circumstance, and to keep our Savior as a constant companion.

Sister Jen Soliai

Sisters,
I have a deep love for my Heavenly Father and have known since I was a young child that I was his daughter. This knowledge has had a great impact on my life, and though I have many toddler like days, he is patient with me and my devotion and love for God has developed into a priceless relationship to me. I have been able to learn through the gospel of Jesus Christ the role that he has as my elder brother and my Savior.  Through the gift of his infinite atonement, those toddler like days of mine are becoming purposeful and I have a deep sense of gratitude for the divine plan that is created for me.  As I partner with Jesus Christ, I feel of his love for me and through him I have great hope and faith in the potential that is mine to return to live with my heavenly family again one day. I have a testimony of eternal families and believe it is the greatest work I can do to turn my earthly family toward God. Relief Society has guided me in this endeavor and has taught me how to teach and to serve those around me in a way that will remind others how dearly they are loved by Him.

I LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE.
We were about to start our weekly presidency meeting, when we heard that the Angel Moroni was being put on the temple right away! We dropped everything and ran over to see it! What an amazing experience- so glad we didn’t miss it!
Hopefully we can all make it a priorty to get to the temple! The blessings of the temple are priceless!

President Nelson said in his Oct 2021 conference address entitled “The Temple and Your Spiritual Foundation,”

The temple lies at the center of strengthening our faith and spiritual fortitude because the Savior and His doctrine are the very heart of the temple. Everything taught in the temple, through instruction and through the Spirit, increases our understanding of Jesus Christ. His essential ordinances bind us to Him through sacred priesthood covenants. Then, as we keep our covenants, He endows us with His healing, strengthening power. And oh, how we will need His power in the days ahead.

So I ask each of you, how firm is your foundation? And what reinforcements to your testimony and understanding of the gospel are needed?

Please believe me when I say that when your spiritual foundation is built solidly upon Jesus Christ, you have no need to fear. As you are true to your covenants made in the temple, you will be strengthened by His power. Then, when spiritual earthquakes occur, you will be able to stand strong because your spiritual foundation is solid and immovable.

As a Stake Relief Society Presidency, these are our goals to build a strong spiritual foundation.
